Mike was very pleasant on the phone, listened to my issue, gave good advice and fair labor quotes. "We have been with PondsRx for four seasons. Mark and Wryan at PondsRx provide timely and effective service for our pond that is shared among four neighbors. The treatments are on a twice per month basis from April to October. The recommended treatment plan for our pond which had high levels of organic material was aeration, algae control including dye, and shoreline weed control.  The results are a much healthier looking pond turning a sometimes eyesore into an asset. Mark and Wryan are friendly, responsive, and helpful and do a good job of answering questions and responding to inquiries. I do not hesitate to recommend their service."

"<p>They did a great job. I continued to use them (for) Spring and Fall trimming, mulching and bed cleanup and all that for about three years. They did a great job. Their work was great. Sometimes communication was not as good. Their guys were great, courteous and everything. Sometimes it would be hard to get a phone call back initially, but then once we got the ball rolling it went great. I did continue to use them. The other cool thing that they do is they will come and hang Christmas tree lights on your house at the beginning of December. Then they will pull them down right after New Years and store them for you. Then they will come back and do it the next year. I thought that was really, really cool. Their price was a little on the high side, but they weren't horrible. They demand quality. Once I would get hold of them they were there when they said they would be. </p>"
