He was supposed to buy the chemicals and he ordered them but never picked them up. I think he used that money for something else and couldn’t spray because he couldn’t buy the chemicals. It was one excuse after another. I even offered him to use my sprayer when he said his was broken but he always found a way not to do it. Very disappointed in his performance of his job"
