"Problematic. All 6 replacement crew were illegals who could not speak English. Although the crew showed up on time the company did not arrive with the two estimated sheets of plywood until the crew had striped off the front half of the shingles and put down the underlay. After 6 months the roof sank between rafters at least 2-3 inches. I was afraid that the concerned area had rotted due to the plastic felt of the original had broken off and lifted the shingles right there. At first the owner of Palmetto said he would charge me for the repairs and threatened me with not honoring his warranty. My response was if you are not going to honor your warranty what good is it. A second crew supervisor who was also a illegal but spoke fluent English repaired the problem area. There was a leak that caused the plywood to warp. No workman comp insurance will not save you any money. Temperature was 100 deg F."
