"The service went well. They were running late, and they called and told me they were running a late. They asked if they could arrive a half hour late. I said yes, and they did so. They removed and disposed of the insulation. They also cleaned the mold from the wood and walls. And they set off an air based mold killing product too kill anything they could not see or reach. So far, so good."

Also replaced flooring in the rest of my basement and replaced or painted trim to be all white from dark brown. During the course of the project several other items came up such as rotted drywall to repair that Joe did as well. His work was very affordable and well done. I sent him many pictures with dimensions and he was able to put it back together without having to replace it with a new panel. The fence I had was a discontinued style. He saved me money and didn't have to replace it with something that would not match. I'd recommend him to anyone.
