"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. There wasn't enough damage for a new roof but Anthony and his team came over and replaced all the shingles that were missing. They arrived early in the morning and were done within just a couple of hours. There were no nails, shingles, or any other debris left behind in my lawn or driveway and the roof looks great. Not to mention the final price was less than the quote! Definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs."

"They were supposed to come on Thursday, but then they called me and told me that they were going to have to reschedule for Friday. on Friday one person showed up, looked at the roof, and said that it was a 2 man job, and they would have to reschedule again for Saturday or Monday. I waited through the weekend to hear from them, but no one has been in touch with me."
