"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Cody Collins and his crew of three arrived at 7am. While two men removed the old metal panels, Cody and worker #4 did measurements for screw drilling to the rafters and cross-bracing. With the exact measurements he went to the supplier Corrugated Industries in Chalmette for the materials. By 10am he was back and the new work began. The lumber was installed. The New Metal "S' panel Galvalume roofing was laid out on the trailer/workstation where Cody cut the exact diagonal angles for the Hip-Roof and pre-drilled all the multiple screw holes at ground level, saving time and energy if trying to do this on the sloping roof. Cody was the Master craftsman. When each panel was completed, worker #4 would hoist the panel to the waiting two workers on the roof for the final screwing of the panel to the roof supports. This team worked smoothly and quickly. The roof was completely covered by the 4pm quitting time. All that remained was the installation of roof ridge trim, which was completed the following morning by 10am.A Beautiful finished roof."
