I was so pleased with his work and his ability to get the job done on short notice I called on him again to help prepare my Centerville home prior to putting it on the market for sale. Again, Richard and his crew came to the rescue. I needed the job done in a relatively short period of time. The major work was replacing the 30 year old roof. After selecting the roofing product that we were going to use, Richard got to work ordering materials and obtaining permits. Within 2 weeks the project started and completed on schedule . Richard and his team also replaced some windows, replaced cedar shingles on siding of house, installed new under ground drains for gutters, and sealed basement walls/floors.
