"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

Frank has a degree from Springfield Tech with an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture. Vanessa, who is one of three children of Frank and Mary, graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Concentration in Entrepreneurship. She has been working full-time as the Office Administrator running both the Commercial and Residential aspects of the business. Vanessa’s commitment to her customers is what she strives for. Vanessa never likes to keep a customer unhappy and will do everything she can for them which is refreshing in today’s business world. Michael graduated from Naugatuck Valley Community College with his degree in Landscape Design and Horticulture in 2013. "I almost never write reviews, but this time I have to. Our house is in a nice location, but we never did anything to make the entrance beautiful. This year we decided to landscape. I asked my neighbors whom they would suggest, and 2 or 3 of them said they had been pleased with Yardapes. I wasn’t sure I wanted to call. I envisioned a bunch of guys with their knuckles dragging on the ground coming down my driveway. Well, I am very glad I overcame that fear. A brilliant landscape designer, Jon, showed up, looked around and started thinking. It was a little like watching an artist painting a picture. Within the week, he sent me sketches of a design with pictures of the most beautiful plants and shrubs. The price was fair, and I gave the go ahead. I have been thrilled that the end result was way better than the sketches or the pictures. The job took several days and the people who came to do the work were excellent and very knowledgeable. I cannot make a higher recommendation. This was a very positive experience."
