"Our HOA evaluated four different roofing companies and chose Robert/Adam's Roofing to repair and replace our flat roof which had been causing water damage to the top unit. It was November, so we needed it done quickly and they were able to complete the job in two days, even faster than was quoted. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. His crew came a couple hours later to tarp it until they could replace it. Saturday morning they were there early and finished it.
