"We recently hired Palma Construction to renovate our garage, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Mike, the owner, is very knowledgeable and demonstrated true professionalism—from providing itemized estimates and maintaining constant communication to completing the work with high quality. What really stood out was the attention to detail—every element, from the insulation to the lighting and finishes, was done with precision and care. Mike listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and kept us informed throughout the process. The final result exceeded our expectations and transformed our garage into a clean, organized, and highly usable space. We highly recommend Palma Construction—trustworthy, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals!"

"Very nice to deal with. Very reliable. Very reasonable. Does great work. Painted everything in a timely manner. I will be hiring him again for other future projects."

"Val is fantastic. He offers fair pricing and does quality work. Our condominium hired him for a large project to repair an old brick wall. He completed the work in a timely manner and was sure to check in regularly to keep us up-to-date. He was reliable and responsive the whole way through. I highly recommend him for brickwork and masonry - we will definitely be using him again in the future!"

"I highly recommend Promen and will work with them in the future! We called Promen because a large steam pipe in our basement broke. Without the pipe, we could not get heat in our home. I found Promen on Angieslist and called. Diego happened to be in the area and came over 15 mins later. He was professional and gave us a fair estimate (I know it was fair because we received two prior estimates from other companies). Understanding the urgency of the repair, he squeezed us into his first available appointment. When he arrived to do the repair, he was punctual, courteous, and responsive. We weren’t home when he did the repair, but later that evening he contacted us to see how we liked the new pipe. The pipe works, and looks, great! We’ve had our share of bad contractors and handymen. Hands down we would use Promen in the future; Diego’s number is saved in my phone!"

"we had 2 bedrooms painted, some minor spackling and they replaced some trim around a window and door in one bedroom great guys ,I am very happy with the work quality and and overall service ."

"I needed a new back door installed where there was previously a leak. He fixed the leak and installed new door which I picked out. I also needed bi-fold closet door installed due to limited space. My front steps were cracking and breaking off and he was able to repair what I had. Foundation had cracks which were repaired and then painted. You can't even tell that there were cracks. I also had him power wash the deck and repair some loose pieces to reinforce it. I trust his opinion and he is honest with me. If he can repair something then he does- he doesn't just tell me to replace it so he can make more money like other contractors. I trust him and his crew and highly recommend."

"Right from the get go Mark was a very responsive and courteous professional contractor. He was able to repair wood siding on my house that several other contractors did not want to touch, so a positive problem solver! Window trim around a difficult to reach window in the basement was also repaired which came out perfect, as well as some rotting wood on the outside trim of the house. I would definitely recommend this contractor."
