"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. Because that project was successful I hired them again to complete masonry work in the front, replace lower cemented steps, paint the entire base around the house and add railings to the steps. What I like about AHR is once the contract is signed the job is completed within a reasonable amount of time, quality of work is great and there's no need to chase contractor's asking questions.
