"Just a new house. The insulation was blown in cellulose from the mid-nineties and it had settled to the point that it didn’t even reach the bottom of the joists. They came and cleaned out all of the old insulation, the dirt/dust, put netting over my soffits to reduce blockage of air flow, and sealed all the cracks around the lights and other fixtures. They installed the new insulation to give my home an R-36 value (previous value was R-14). Best part, my friend walked in and NO asthma reaction. "

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
