Trash left in yard and all covers removed from faucets to use hose and then hose left in yard not put back away. I texted RHI, recieved note he would reach out. I then received message about 20 min out. I returned home to meet. I then recieved a message that Messed up on messages. I apologize. Then nothing. I wrote asking if he had stopped by, knowing he had not but no reply. Again I reached out asking him to let me know when fixing the fence and gate. Nothing but silence.
