With e-mail they send a message when we are expecting a storm and indicate their clean up plan. Then they update it during the storm. During one particularly bad storm they forgot to do my deck and I couldn't get the screen door open to let the dog out. I sent them a message and they were right here, within 15 minutes. <br /> <br /> Are they expensive? Perhaps more than some companies, but you are paying for dependability. If it means a lot to you to KNOW the snow will be removed, it's worth it. Now that I am on a fixed income they have set up payment terms with me so I pay a flat rate each month until the full bill is paid. Usually by  April.  They are very willing to work with me."
