"Branch manager, owner said that they would look into concerns I had. Never got a response from either one. I was quoted 7 pallets of grass. Charged for 7 and they only used 6. Never received an explanation from manager or owner after requesting an explanation. Salesman told me that the vendor over stacked the pallets and that the sq footage was the same as 7 pallets. Well I wasn?t quoted sq footage. I was quoted 7 pallets. Horrible management and will not use or recommend their services again. Make sure your quotes are spelled out and understood. Garbage front office. Communication is non existent!!!!"

"I would say overall the experience was good he had really good feedback on how to design the patio effectively and to ensure that there wasn't any issues for the long haul had a really good experience walking through what my expectations were. The only thing would be for feedback is if there unforeen changes from either a request from the client or the project to present them sooner. The additional charge for site preparation came off in poor fourm to present after the project was completed rather then addressing it as it came up. But the final product was very good"
