He was patient with us as we had to wait for the lift company to finish stabilizing our house before he could begin. His went right to work once everything was stabilized. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. "Project took longer than anticipated. Had to go out of town on Friday and project not completed after being started 3 days earlier. Returned on Sunday expecting job to be done and to our disappointment, still not completed. Jeremiah called Sunday evening and assured us it would be finished on Monday. Contractor did not show or call on Monday. Job was finally finished a couple days later after some weather issues. Overall satisfied, but a little disappointed in time frame given to complete and actual time it took. Note, Jeremiah said he was unhappy with a couple areas beneath footer and would return to touch them up and to date has not returne"
