"I contracted with Ancient City to build a screen porch addition and replace my existing shingle roof with metal. I wanted a stick-built structure cut into the existing roof as opposed to just adding a box on the back. The finished result was just what I wanted. Everyone who worked on the house was very professional and courteous. Everything was permitted as required and passed inspections first time every time. They subbed out the roof as I expected but I wanted to have the same general contractor on both parts of the job since the porch roof would be integrated into the existing roof.
