Pricing is transparent. He was punctual, and responsive to questions. I appreciated his honesty about what the pressure washing could and could not do with respect to some very dirty areas of our home's exterior. The 2 people who worked on our house were also punctual and professional. They were very nice and worked efficiently. There were a few small issues - parts of window frames that weren't cleaned; and interior and exterior post-work cleanup that could have been a bit better. I trust these would be addressed on future visits and would not prevent me from hiring Window Genie of Westchester again."
