"We were pleased with the installation of our fire/security system. The workers explained what they were going to do and showed us how to use the alarm. When they were done the installation, they cleaned up. They also gave us a discount because we went through Angie's List."

"Workers arrived on time as scheduled. We had a little snafu with the building rules; my building requires that the hallway from the elevator to the apartment door be covered with masonite.  They were not prepared for this, and providing this service cost an additional $275.  So if anyone else is doing this in manhattan, I recommend you check with your building codes and make sure everything is worked out ahead of time so that there are no surprise extra costs.
The guys were very courteous and efficient.  The floors look beautiful, and there is minimal dust.  Overall, I am quite happy.  I would recommend them.

"As you can see from the above grades, it very well. Michael provided an early estimate, which he then revised. Once the scope of the project was agreed upon (we decided to cover the seats with leather, which the cats are less interested in), he provided some samples. We made our selection and he took the seats to his workshop. Michael returned with 10 gorgeous seats which he installed in the chairs. He met our deadline (before Thanksgiving) as requested. It's been a few months since he did the work and we are still very pleased with the results. When we use the dining room, my husband (who is difficult to please) sits down and immediately comments about the terrific job Michael did. He's responsive, flexible, reasonably priced and very professional. I highly recommend him. If the need arises for further work of this nature, I will definitely use him again."
