"Better coordination, and communication between sales, and contractors doing actual job. I needed to intervene, rather than contractor, to make sure all floors between rooms, matched- as agreed upon in original estimate. I wound-up having to spend 400 $ more, than original estimate, to get that result."

They did my 1st and 2nd floors on 2 different occasions ( do to my home revo delays). On my 1st floor they placed new hardwood to match the dining/ living area then refinished the whole area. It was done so seamlessly, I love it! Not to mention the price was really reasonable."
