"Bobby was very easy to communicate with from the beginning. He was timely in the delivery of his quote and very competitive. Timing was the big thing for us choosing Reeds Hardwood Flooring. Just days after closing on our “new to us” home, Bobby got to work immediately. Bobby stayed on schedule and was here everyday when he said he would be. The job took about a week in all. However, we did have Bobby refinish the entire downstairs of our 4100 sqft home along with 18 stairs. He helped with custom blending the exact finish we wanted and applying the correct sealant. He really did go above and beyond working with our special circumstances as we have two large “high maintenance” inside dogs. Bobby’s excellent Customer Service didn’t end when the last coat was applied.
