I had an idea of what I wanted, but Lisa's eye for design and Adams know how and perfectionism brought it all to life and then some. Trades were brought in and a detailed estimate was given. Lisa worked very closely with us to make sure everything we wanted was addressed, while Adam worked diligently to make sure that all aspects of the job were up to code. "Called around a little for someone to come in and do some updates and a few odds and ends that I needed to get done for some time. We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. "The owners name is Jacob Kolsy and he has bent over backwards to make me happy and do what we needed done. He was always on time before he finished any projects he says "I believe I've got it done Mr. Hervey please come take a look." And if there was anything that I wanted different it was fixed. He was willing to come out on a Sunday for me. I'm in the process of moving and I just bought a brand new double wad and he's the one who brewed the company I bought the house from to be contracted to do the septic. And he also did the slab and the padding or the house, the gut work and that's how I met him and I've hired him to do some additional projects after that. He's doing my driveway and ploughing a dam for me. The only comparison I can give you at the moment is the driveway because the septic wasn't cleared in the house. The driveway is $4000. I got 4 estimates and the closest one to that was $6500. It's a gravel driveway."

"Plants and trees that Mike picked out for our landscaping were very nice. Everything was planted and arranged beautifully except for the trees that were planted on the edge of the house. They were planted way to close to roof line but they did come out and replant them after we contacted the company. There was an issue about an original tree that was in the middle of our yard before the landscaping was started that was suppose to be taken out and planted in another area during the landscaping project and this did not get done with the initial landscaping. This issue was resolved after a few phone calls. They did leave a round open space in our front lawn where the tree was taken out and it took them quite a while and quite a few phone calls to bring grass to cover the spot. Hoogland's does beautiful work. Their only problem is in the time it takes to correct issues that come up after the project is completed. <br />"
