"I had wind damage to my roof in 2010. I requested an estimate from Ark-La-Tex Exteriors as my third estimate. His was much lower than the other two and I looked at the work from his and one of the other roofers. His work looked better and as the lowest estimate I chose him to re-roof my house. His employees began work within a day or two. They finished and cleaned everything up in a day except a couple of details which were completed early the next morning. That was in September of 2010. Roof still looks to have been replaced yesterday. <br /> <br /> My impression of Chase Lockwood is that he eats, sleeps and breathes his business. He is proactive, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and communicates well. Mr. Lockwood's employees have good work ethic and seem to enjoy working for him. From this one experience, I would recommend Ark-La-Tex Exteriors with no problem. One of the roofers I passed up is closer to the top of the list in grading, which is a mystery to me."

"From the initial phone call with Ashley's, to the completion of the project, everything was done in a very professional manner. The owners, Lisa and Adam Willard, were an absolute joy to work with. Lisa brought my ideas for my kitchen to life with her design. Adam was a "right the first time" contractor. Project manager, Aaron Willard, was amazing during demo week. That first week of demo can be stressful, but the whole crew kept the mood light and made sure the rest of my house was not impacted by the kitchen demo. The Willard's went out of their way to involve our six-year-old son in the process. He loved each of them by the time the project was over. All subcontractors used on the renovation were professional and punctual. We were always kept abreast of what the next step would be and when it would be completed. The very few issues that came up, which is to be expected in older homes, were quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. If a change needed to be made, we were always presented with more than one option. In the end, we were blown away by our new kitchen and feel has though we made some friends in the process."

"We couldn't be happier with the job that Float N Coat did!!  Jason was extremely responsive to both calls and emails about various costs (additional doors, additional coats of paint, if needed, etc.) and more than forthcoming with any issues that may bump up our estimate. But the bottom line was there really was no reason to fear -- our final bill matched the estimate and there were no "hidden" or "additional" costs included when we got it. In addition, the work is absolutely beautiful! We have tons of trim, baseboards and deep set windows, and they did an amazingly accurate job with the white trim on our very dark walls. Their wall prep work (patching, sanding, etc.) was so impeccable you can not tell where the holes had been previously. They were on time, cordial and really knew what they were doing. And lastly, when they were done, the smell of fresh paint was the only thing left behind. This was a pretty big residential job, and they cleaned up so well, it was as if they were never there. <br /> As a client, I felt included in every step of this huge project, and that is a rare feeling when working with service companies.
