"Awesome. I couldn’t be happier with Ivan, his employees & the work they have done. From a small job, repairing a front door handle to a major job, removing, replacing & installing 2 bathroom sinks, as well as fixing several electrical problems the work has been excellent. In addition to the excellent work I & M services has done, Ivan always keeps me informed. I know when he will be here & what work will be done. I highly recommend I & M Handyman & Cleaning Services."

"I recommend Fix-It Phil to all my friends. Phil is everything you want in a handyman - professional, courteous, pride in workmanship, fair pricing, comes on time, and an expert in pretty much any job big or small. Projects he’s done for me include adding trim around windows, fixing a broken garage door, repairing some dents and dings on walls including patching and painting, and fixing some anchors that had popped out of the wall (towel rack and curtain rod). He really can do it all and is such a pleasure to work with. I feel lucky to have found him and highly recommend him."

"Great job. I had a water leak in my kitchen ceiling that needed to be covered and Ed did a great job. He came Christmas Eve morning to complete the work on less than 24 hours notice!"
