"After checking Angie's list and Better Business Bureau I called 3 providers for estimates. This company was by far the most reasonably priced. They provided a free written estimate and with a few days notice the installation date was scheduled. The installer arrived on time on the date of installation, worked quickly and efficiently and was done within a few hours. He hauled off the old doors and cleaned up so you couldn't even tell he was there. The doors were installed with new tracks and parts to hook up to our existing automatic garage door openers. The new doors look great, work great and we couldn't be happier! <br />"

"When I called for the estimate, they were very responsive... even coming out the very next day. The bid was presented on the spot and was quite reasonable. After getting a few others, we decided to go with Reddi. I called the sales rep who told me to call some woman in the office. I called and asked for her and you would think I was calling the president of the US. I had go through two gate keepers to even get to talk to her. They were rude and acted like they were trying to hid her from the customers. Once I reached her, I paid half down and we agreed on the rest after the installation. She said they would order the materials and be in contact right way to schedule... then the crickets started. So, I called after several days of waiting only to be told I need to call the sales rep. I call him and he tells me that he just ordered the materials and that I would just have to be patient. Then he tells me it will be done on either this day or that day. When they finally came, their work was really good. They did the tear out and set the posts on one day and returned two days later to put up the stringers and pickets. I was impressed with their work and with the materials used. So, I guess it was worth the really horrible communication, etc. I'd use them again, but I would expect to be in the dark and expected to just wait for them to decide to do the work."

I received the estimate the next day as promised. After agreeing to the work, the company took it from there and completed the job as promised and on time. <br />"

"The tree climber, Adam, was fantastic. He seemed very experienced and even hung a tree swing for us while he was up there. He pruned back my dwarf cherry tree and left it looking beautiful. Todd, the sales manager, is very friendly, but not always professional. On the day they were scheduled to perform services, I called him early afternoon because I hadn't heard from anyone. Todd didn't know what was going on when I called him, and it took him several hours to find out. However, they did end up honoring the original appointment and finished the job before the end of the day. I had to ask them to trim up a few additional branches at the end of the job (some of the team was new - I wasn't too impressed with them). But Todd made sure I was happy before they left. <br />"
