Todd, the sales manager, is very friendly, but not always professional. On the day they were scheduled to perform services, I called him early afternoon because I hadn't heard from anyone. Todd didn't know what was going on when I called him, and it took him several hours to find out. However, they did end up honoring the original appointment and finished the job before the end of the day. I had to ask them to trim up a few additional branches at the end of the job (some of the team was new - I wasn't too impressed with them). But Todd made sure I was happy before they left. <br />"
