He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. Geno was so wonderful to work with, I have referred him to others and am currently trying to figure out how I can hire him again to replace my roof! "We unexpectedly needed our roof replaced. We got several quotes, and Porter Family's price was very competitive. They also were able to complete the replacement on a tight schedule (for which we are so grateful!) and in the color we wanted, despite limited productions due to the pandemic. We have a multi-level, steep Tudor roof, and they had to remove old shingles and cedar shakes, so I know this was a complex project, and they did a great job. "Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"They replaced our 2700 sq ft roof in 1 day! They did a great job overall, an extremely small piece of drywall needed to be replaced from a misstep, but not at all due to poor workmanship. "First, let me complain about roofers in general. They seem uninterested in doing repairs and just want to do a whole new roof, which is very expensive. They don't return calls and even when they do, they often don't come out to look things over, and when they do, they don't always come through with an estimate. We had a couple of leaks for many years and had been unsuccessful in finding someone to fix it definitively. Mike Scheinfield sent his long-term guy Matthew and we got a friendly visit and a timely estimate. While we tried to get comparison estimates, he offered a discount, as they had some extra time in-between jobs. Since his was the best estimate, we went ahead. We were pleased with their service and attention. So far, the roof has not leaked again. Of course, we have to wait until there are a few more heavy downpours to know for sure if it is fixed definitively. They gave us a year guarantee (mainly because it was a repair and not a whole new roof)."
