The third call connected me with someone who also had woodpecker problems with wood siding. He confirmed that since the installation of Hardie concrete fiber siding, there has been no further woodpecker problem. Once convinced that this product would help resolve our issue, the process was smooth and fast. Contract signed, work started in 6 days and finished in 2. Excellent worksmanship (product appears almost seamless) and thorough clean up after the job. Our old house has settled and windows are crooked. The workmen cut in around them with good precision. We will have the opposite end of the house sided in the spring and will hire Beantown again to do it."

My garage had a number of challenging design issues: parapets on all four sides, a center drain, and a weird raised section. It was a big job that entailed removing 3 layers of rolled roofing/asphalt shingles; removing original skylight & taking down old dormant chimney to roof line and roofing over both; installing ½ “ plywood and asphalt shingles over new roof. "I was very happy with this company from the delivery of materials to the courteousness of the crew and the workmanship they did. There was one day of rain which delayed the start of the project, and they still finished on time. About three months later I had an issue with some loose siding and the gutters not properly catching water. I called them in within a couple of weeks they were out here fixing the issues and again they were courteous, and did what they needed to do."
