"Pierce L, Shallis did some soding in my yard. They did an awesome job. It was done in a efficient and timely manner. I would recommend them for any of your landscaping work."

"Fantastic work by John and his crew! We hired Plymouth Nursery and Landscape Co. after seeking out multiple companies for our property needs. John's extensive knowledge, expertise and overall passion for plants made me feel like we were in very good hands. The entire process was thorough and yet allowed for additional improvising depending on our needs. Lots of credit to the crew, who worked in challenging weather conditions and handled the stone work, landscaping, lighting and irrigation systems with patience and skill. I appreciated having a detailed layout of our plans so we had a clear understanding of the project and all the materials/plants being used. I was able to give John a vision and he brought everything to life in a way I could have never imagined. I will admit that this project was quite expensive and we also added on to our initial bill. It was an expense that will further add to making our house our home--one that I am very proud of when I pull up my driveway. Thank you very much to John and his crew for the exceptional work! I'm confident we'll continue to use your services for years to come."

"I recently hired Adamâ s Property Maintenance and could not be happier with my choice. Adam responded to my initial phone call immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. Adam was prompt, courteous and and reviewed all the services he provided. Not only did I sign on but also 2 of my neighbors as well. We are very happy with how well our lawns were cut, the edging and cleanup as well. Last year my prior landscaper passed away after using him 21 years and I was fearful I wouldnâ t find someone as good, I am no longer in doubt, I have found that person!"

"Super kind and communicative team, and the lead landscaper started immediately. Rates were reasonable, and the work was fast and clean. I've hired the company to do weekly lawn maintenance. Thumbs up!"

"*  The top layer of grass was removed from the section between the fence and the driveway, but they didn't clear down far enough
to allow the Red Stone to set down in the ground where the grass had been.  The weed barrier fabric was put in place almost
level with the driveway, so that most of the Red Stone is driveway level or above.  This means that the stones keep falling out of
the border area into the driveway.
*  Rather than being removed, the weeds were just turned-over in the garden beds.

*  The pots were placed in the gardens as requested. However, more than 1.5  to 2 inches of mulch were installed  -
as much as 4 to 5 inches in most areas, totally covering the Vinca Minor plants in one bed. When I asked about the plants
having been covered over, Tom said they would be fine.   When I asked if they could spread any "extra" mulch in a bed located
on the other side of the house that also contains Vinca Minor, he said covering those plants is "not recommended".  I questioned
why, then they'd covered the same plants on the bed on the other side of the house.  He didn't answer.
*  Instead of "neatening or straightening" the existing beds in the backyard as I'd requested, they just edged those beds following
the edges that had grown in crookedly.
When I talked to Tom Garro about coming back to address the edging of the garden beds, he said that he was to "define the existing beds" and he said he'd done that and wasn't coming back.  I'm guessing he wasn't thrilled that on the day they arrived I'd asked him to place six pots in the back garden as well.  I don't know.  I just know that I had to try to uncover all the young Vinca plants that they'ed covered with 3 to 4 inches of mulch; and I had to try to straighten/neaten the edging of the gardens along the sides and back of our backyard.  That was frustrating because that was what we'd paid Land Details to do.

"I have used Matt Valentine Landscape Design since 2016 and I have been consistently happy with the work that Matt and Mark do every Spring and Fall. Over the years the work has included garden cleanup, applying compost, care of existing plants, installing new plants, resetting existing stone paths and adding new hardscaping. If you are looking for a landscape designer, who is responsive to your ideas and questions, and who has a lot of knowledge about the plants that will work best in your garden, I strongly recommend that you contact Matt Valentine."
