"Excellent workmanship. I love my new air tight door. What a difference."

"Went fine. He installed plywood flooring in attic. Responsive and called when running late."

"Daryl and his team did a fantastic job replacing our entry door, two sliding glass doors and installing lvp flooring in our basement. All were professional, respectful and very attentive to detail. Workmanship was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Brackettry LLC again."

"The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"Got back to me quickly but couldn?t help me because I didn?t purchase my exterior front door from them"

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."

"Very happy with our new exterior front door. Quality of door is excellent and installation was efficient and quick."

Universal Windows Direct was founded in April of 2002 by William Barr and Michael Strmac. It was their mission to create a home improvement company that offers high quality home improvement goods at the best possible value. What began as two guys in a 350 square foot office quickly grew to become one of the nation's leading remodeling companies. Today, Universal Windows Direct represents thousands of customers and has a rapidly growing network of locations nationwide, all of which are actively involved in the communities they serve.

"They built us a 450 square foot TREX deck with a ramp from the garage and stairs down to the back yard. Our deck is approximately 10 feet above the ground. They are professional and personable. They did quality work and kept me informed of their schedule to include the inspectors schedule. The price was reasonable. We chose them to build our deck because they had done good work on replacing trim boards around windows, doors and garage doors and then painting trim work of entire outside of the house. They worked very closely with me to finalize the design prior to starting the building to ensure they understood what we wanted and made sure I understood any changes that had to be made to the design because of building code requirements. They also install a French patio door. We would definitely use them again."

"We hired ROI Construction for replacement windows and were satisfied overall. They were open to price negotiation (we had competing bids) and flexible on scope, we added shutters at a reasonable cost. One install issue came up, but they resolved it within a couple weeks. Communication was steady throughout. Would definitely consider working with them again."
