"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. I was very pleased with how it came out and the team (led by Nathan Rabinovitch) was responsive with my calls and texts whenever I had questions. There was delay with creating a door access to the backyard but it was due to permit issues. Once the permit was approved, everything went smoothly. I will hire them again for future projects."
