"They took care of Hall Bathroom first. Started with removal of tub walls. Some removal and replacement of studs. We had a one day delay due to needing a bug man to come out and treat area. Removed damaged drywall, replaced it, prepped it for painting. Removed old and replaced plumbing pipes and attachments. Set tile, grouted and finshed tile, installed new plumbing fixtures. Replaced light, towel rack attached cabinet to wall. Replaced toilet seal. Caulked where necessary, painted bathroom and door. Master bathroom second. Removed tub walls, tile, bathtub. Removed old and replaced plumbing pipes and attachments. Moved drain for shower drain. Made wall shelf insert. Installed shower floor pan. Installed wall tiles and shower floor tiles. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
