"Having New Heights Roofing company install a new roof on my house has been a pleasing experience. My house and shop roofs were recently damaged due to the extremely large hailstones that we recently experienced. New Heights employees were very professional as well as punctual when tearing off and installing my new roof and new skylights. As this company has been around for approximately 17 years, I highly recommend this company to anyone needing roof work."

"Amazing service and product. Worked directly with our insurance to get our roof replaced after a wind storm."

"Very good experience with our home roof replacement with Icon. Look, paying for a new roof is no one's idea of fun, but over time the peace of mind that will come with our new 40-year roof will likely be worth. We got a total of 3 quotes, and Icon's quote basically "tied" another company's from a financial perspective, but I felt more comfortable with Icon because I could tell Caleb would take good care of us. I was right -- Caleb took great care of us throughout the process, checking on the project's progress almost every day. Our project did take longer than expected -- originally expected for 4 or 5 days but it took 9, due to some rainy/windy weather and fewer subs showing up to our project each day than expected. Even with the delays, Caleb checked up on us every day, assured us that the project was properly "buttoned up" for the inclement weather, and answered every one of our questions/concerns. The finished product looks fantastic, our property was cleaned up well, and we're happy we hired Icon."

"Everything about this project was seamless. The estimator visited my home within 24 hours of initial contact and made a thorough inspection of the roof and the attic space. He promptly offered a bid, and the work was completed within 3 weeks, as promised. The estimator was my primary contact throughout the whole project, which I appreciated, and he was responsive to phone calls and texts. He even visited with a drone after the installation so that I could co-inspect the work. I am very happy that I chose Icon Roofing, and I have recommended them to my family and friends."

"Scott was exceptional from initial contact through installation. Went above expections and examined all roofing spaces from outside and inside the home. Assisted with necessary requirements to file a claim with the original shingle manufacturer. Assisted with financing options and consistently followed up throughout the complete roofing process. Scott and his crew were very professional. The roofing crew was efficient, polite, hardworking, and completely cleaned up after each days work. We were amazed at how fast the job was done, and how attentive Scott was. Strongly Recommend."

"John’s team did a great job working with my mother in law and took care of her roof need. Thanks 🙏"

"These guys are super fair, hard workers, and genuinely seem to care, did a full replace of the roof, but they also took care of my lawn with magnets ! Super friendly and punctual. I can not reccomend them enough."

"Outstanding service by Neighborhood Canvassing Team! Calvin Crawford is the Best Customer Service Rep I have ever encountered. Polite; Dignified; Professional; Knowledgeable; Thorough; Personable; Great Listener; Great Communicator; Superior Product Knowledge; Well Groomed; Overall High Standards. Not only am I getting a new roof, I now have a new Best Friend in Calvin! Honestly, I didn't think quality teams like this existed anymore. I have every reason to trust that the removal & replacement of my asphalt shingle roof will be just as satisfying as this sales inception."

"While their crew was replacing our roof, they identified an area of the side of the house that had not been covered with vinyl siding, along with the rest of the house. We asked them to give us an estimate on the job. They never got back to us, and refused to answer any of our calls or emails."
