"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

"There was nothing to like or dislike, a guy showed up, he was okay and I didn't have any issues with them. I wasn't there when he was doing the work, it is a rental property and my son was there, so he did the work and he did a good job. I can't say anything negative or positive because I really wasn't there. So I don't really know if he did a great job or an okay job. It was okay, price wise but it ended up more than it was quoted but I didn't realize I had more vents than I really had. They based the price on the amount of vents but that was okay. Charging wise they were same or a little bit better than the other people. They pretty much did it the same day or the next day. I sort of had an issue with the payment because I wasn't there. I wish they had a way to bill me or send me PayPal reference or have me do it that way but it is not something on them, it is more on me."

"I bought a new home where the previous owner did not ever change the air filter in the furnace or have the air ducts cleaned.  I scheduled an appointment with Lori over the phone who was very thorough in explaining the process.  The two gentlemen arrived promptly at 9:00am on Saturday.  It took about 5 hours as they were very dirty and they showed me some of the pictures of the vents and ick!  They explained to me how important it was to change the furnace filter and maintenance.  They put on nets on all of the vents to prevent any remaining dust from circulating in the house.  They were having a 20% off sale, so it would have cost $600, so I'm very pleased with the cost of $480.  I would definitely use this company again and at the time, the security rep that was at the house asked for their information because of their professionalism. <br />"
