The project is probably too small for their level of services, but we will definitely consider using them for a future, more complex interior home renovation. They were very nice and giving of their time and expertise, and their build process seems very professional and polished. We had an excellent experience with them."

"The five-month journey that we spent with Chris, Nicoleta, Nate, Elmer and all the team at GSB Builders has beaten any of our expectations and delivered a beautiful second-floor addition, which includes a master suite and office space. After a lot of hesitation, Chris, Nicoleta and Nate convinced us to take the step forward, captured our main ideas and proposed a design that has greatly improved, not only the space and appeal of our own house, but also the neighborhood. We really appreciated their listening to our ideas, down-to-earth and professional demeanor, and knowledge about all aspects of the construction which helped us overcome our initial fears ahead of an unknown journey. The construction was well executed by a professional team led by Elmer which was always friendly, tidy and respectful of the family’s privacy while workers had to enter the house. "Manny was very quick to respond. He stayed in contact with me during the week to ensure I understood what I was paying for and he wanted to ensure he understood what I was requesting. Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! Will probably use again. I have 2 bathrooms and a bedroom next on the list."

This needed to be solved in order to begin construction. Paul visited the site, conducted very professional analysis, and provided me with a design solution and engineering design documentation as needed for my permit process.
