"Edgar was prompt and quickly installed a new sump pump. He even came a few days later to make sure everything was working correctly. Very friendly, and knowledgeable."

"Did a great job and thoroughly explained what the issue was."

"Mike came by and replaced our water heater while there was still probably 5 inches of snow on the ground outside. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up after he was done. He head our new heater installed and the old one taken out in less than two hours. Very satisfied with the service we received."

"Tommy B was efficient and courteous. I knew who to expect since I got the name and a photo of the plumber in a text. He covered his shoes upon entering the home. He gave the price for parts and labor upfront. He replaced my old sump pump with a new Zoeller Sump pump. As he was working he patiently answered my questions. He cleaned the work area thoroughly. Excellent job."

"Technicians were on time and very courteous.  They thoroughly inspected and cleaned my 15 yr old air conditioner and changed my air filter as advertised.  Although they indicated that the system was nearing the end of its life due to high readings for volts, and strain on the motor, etc., they did not pressure me to unnecessarily replace parts at this time.  They did provide me with a few options for repairing or replacing the system in the future should it fail, all without the high pressure attempt to sell me more than I need at the moment (something I hate). I would definitely recommend both the company and technicians to others."

"Both plumbers were very professional, informative and helpful they replaced 3 of my water valves very quickly and efficiently. They were also punctual. Highly recommended."

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"WT was great! Diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and fixed the issue of water pressure. Went an extra step and took samples of water. Great to have an experienced friendly person come out on a Friday afternoon which was less than 24 hours from my call."

"The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost."
