Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? They were protruding through the entire area. They left refuge sitting on the side of the driveway until I asked to have it removed. The one-week job turned into a two-month Odessey. The job was obviously a side job, piece-mealed together with little supervision little supervision. I am not confident the roof will not fail. prematurely fail. "
