"I purchased this landscape design package through Groupon. They came to my house three times: the first was to get an idea of what I wanted and to take photos of and measure the areas. They showed me the images during the second visit and asked if they needed to be changed. I received a quote for the work during the third visit, as well as digital images. They did not pressure me into purchasing landscape services and were very good about telling me which services should be performed by other companies because it would be less expensive to do so.

"Jake took out a tree, regraded the whole back yard (we have narrow side yards and Jake was the only landscaper we called who said he could get equipment back there without going through the neighbors yard and tearing out part of the fence). He put in a pretty rock border, redesigned a flower bed and put in Zoysia sod that everyone else said was too hard to get. And he even fixed the sprinkler system! He was very professional, prompt, and hard-working. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will call him again when we decide to put in that flagstone patio!!"

"Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. And for that to be acceptable, I would require the work to be done with only a very small upfront payment."

We also added additional projects between the time we agreed on a price and the time they completed the job. They were extremely accommodating to get it done. "Get Premier Green installed color changing led landscape lights for our HOA. We had an issue with power availability in all the areas we wanted lights. They came up with a solution and saved us money in the process. When the Christmas holiday came around we wanted to add additional lights. They came out and added low voltage string lights to our existing system for a beautiful holiday display. Great job!!"
