Even though I couldn’t be there in person during the project, Bill kept me updated with regular progress reports, which gave me complete peace of mind. The team did a fantastic job remodeling our bathrooms and went above and beyond by fixing a leak caused by our upstairs bathroom. On top of that, they also painted two bedrooms beautifully. The attention to detail, communication, and quality of work were exceptional. I called immediately to have them come back out and repair my sprinkler which they damaged. The lady told me on the phone they were too busy at that time to get to it so they would be out in the spring. Here it is spring and I'm trying to get a hold of the company to come out and repair my sprinkler that they broke and I cannot reach anyone on the phone to even give me a call back. Would not recommend this company to anybody. If I could give it a zero star I would. Thank you Mrs. Coop"
