"I called the contractor twice. Each time he said he would come the next day but he never showed up or called. In fact, the second I called, he didn't remember that I called the first time. UPDATE: 10/17/2019 They called me and said they have real hardship in the family and apparently the contractor had some mental problems because of the family hardship.
