They also put flagstone inside the sliding door in our downstairs great room. They did a beautiful job. Better than I could have imagined. "BS company. Offers a free inspection and all you get is an estimate of repairs. I am selling a home. Buyer wanted an inspection. He didn’t want to pay anything so he called Bakers. Crawlspace was bone dry after 3 days of rain. Instead of a report saying that, I get a list of recommendations. Addition of a moisture mitigation system. There is already a working system in the space. Remove the insulation under the floors. Yeah. Expose all the water piping to freezing temperatures. Insulate the walls of the crawlspace. So, you want to remove good insulation and add it to the walls in an unheated space. I wanted an inspection not a sales pitch. Worthless company. I should sue if the realty deal falls through due to this"

Handy Services Inc. has been in business since 2008 and offers a wide verity of services. We developed our company in a way that can meet most any residential or commercial property needs. We saw a need for clients to have someone that you can call for just about any type of service or repair when needed. When we started out we were managing apartments for landlords and we saw a big problem when we would have to call six different companies to get repairs completed at these properties. So we decided to offer these services as part of our contracts to the property owners. After a bit of time we were able to stream line the processes and make it more affordable to the client. This was done by extensive training, and having the tools and equipment available when needed. In 2011 we branched out to the homeowner and started offering these same services on a one on one basis. During the same time frame we started getting requests from small business owners to offer them the maintenance and repairs at their businesses as well. Over the years we have built and remodeled convenience store, offices and retail locations. We currently service stores like Dunham`s sporting goods, The Kids Place and more. We pride ourselves on have quality employees with clean background records and drug screens. We are a Registered Federal Contractor, and Osha Certified. In addition to our PA Contractor License and Home inspection Certification, we hold a mold abatement license that we utilize for mold testing and abatement. We offer everything form cleaning your home or business to replacing your roof and most everything in between.
