"They arrived and diagnosed the problem that had been missed completely by another plumbing company. The other company had fiddled with the "innards" of the toilet tank and had snaked the drain. The sound of running water persisted through two visits from this other company. We called Mike's because they had performed work at a neighbor's home across from us, and we were impressed with the work they did locating an outside leak in pipes on the homeowner side of the meter. They cleaned up so well after digging a hole for the repair, you couldn't even tell they had been there. In our repair, they found the toilet had a crack that was allowing water to leak into the drain so they replaced the toilet. They quickly left to get a new toilet, returned, and replaced it. They were professional and thorough in their work."

They came out and looked over the situation estimated approximate size unit we would need offering detailed explanations and differences of available units for our size house. They were prompt in getting back to me with a price. We agreed upon a price and scheduled a time for installation. The installation date was 4/15/2013 for 8:00 AM. Two installers arrived promptly and immediately began work and worked diligently until approximately 3:00 PM. The installers were careful and respectful of property. Their efficiency and knowledge of their product was commensurate with their years of experience. <br />My husband and I were very pleased with the end result and have had no problems with our new unit since installation. We would definitely recommend this company to friends and family and have in fact already recommended them to a friend that is also in need of a new unit. <br />"
