"I called and explained what the problem was, they arrived a couple of hours later, they replaced the switch and the thermostat. They were very professional, and explained exactly what was wrong and why. The thermostat had been put in two years ago by them, the warranty had already expired, but he said that evidently the company that made them at that time had put out a batch that was faulty because they had to replace several. Even though the warranty was out before we had a problem with ours, he replaced it and did not charge us for a new one. He could have charged us, and we would never have known the difference."

I expressed my frustration that no one ever notified me because I had stayed at home for two hours waiting for this appointment.
