"Chris built a significant addition for us which increased the size of our house by about 50%. We could not have been happier with the result, which included a completely remodeled and expanded kitchen, great room addition with vaulted ceiling, new half-bath, and a new deck. The only variation from the budget was at our request, and Chris provided quick and fair bids for the additional work. While construction probably always takes a little longer than hoped, we never felt ignored or abandoned and the project was completed in about 6 months. I don't recall having any issues with the finished product, which we still remember fondly even though we moved from that house many years ago (for school purposes).
