"They were everything I wanted and more. They worked hard all day to complete the job. Showed up on time and got right to work. I could not have asked for a better company to complete the tasks. This was not an easy job but they managed to do everything I asked and more. They went above and beyond my expectations. Recommend using this company for all your landscaping needs."

"Friebel's team exceeded our expectations. The work was beautiful, they executed quickly, the individuals who came out each day to do the work were polite, hard-working, and cleaned up after themselves. We ended up needing them to create window wells, add a lattice work barrier between our carport and the back yard, and to close up an existing firepit in the yard and fill hole in. They showed great flexibility in doing these additional projects. Finally, while doing the paver, they realized they would have to fill an egress near our back door - they barely skipped a beat. Friebel had someone on his team with work in pouring concrete and handled easily. I again appreciated their flexibility and I was impressed by their professionalism. They are actual pros in their field and we definitely plan to contact them when we look to update our front yard."

"This is one honest company. Called them to look at my mom's porch and after taking time on a Saturday to come look at it he concluded that the porch in fact did not need to be replaced and that it was fine - just needed cosmetic work. Did not charge us a dime and he sure could have. When I do need something done I am calling them."

"Great work by Angel and his crew! We had a 300 sq foot paver patio installed, along with removal of existing stone and brick patio, installation of a walkway to garage and back door, remediation of drainage issue with installation of a drainage pipe, and planting grass seed. Angel quoted us several months ago and when we were ready, they came back out and completed the work within a week."

"Ron, the owner gave us an estimate and called with a proposed date to complete the project.  He did not ask for any deposit and said we could pay him when we were satisfied with the job.  On the first day they removed the old patio using a bobcat with a hydraulic hammer.  I told him that I didn't want the yard damaged so he said that he would bring the bobcat in the yard only one time and he kept his word.  The bobcat didn't do any damage.  They hauled the broken concrete through the garage utility door using a wheelbarrow.. The next day they formed the new patio and verified with my wife that they design was satisfactory.  Due to the extreme heat they decided to pour the concrete the following morning to assure a quality result.  The next day they poured the concrete using wheelbarrows.  After the concrete partially dried they applied a powder and used stamp pads and formed the design in the concrete.  Stamping concrete is a very messy job and the powder is very dusty.  The following day they came back to clean and seal the stamped concrete.  I was impressed with their knowledge of the business, their attention to detail (not damaging my yard) and their willingness to work in extreme heat.  . They were also careful to clean the house, driveway and the area at the end of each day and upon completion of the job.   "

"He was really good because we had given him a drop-dead date of when all the people were going to be here and what needed to be done. He made it happen. Jake is the principal and he really listens and he is very collaborative. He is really, really good on collaborating when he talk about what we needed. His prices are very reasonable. The only real problem is that he tends to be overly optimistic about the timing of what he can deliver and when so that can be an issue. We have worked with him twice and the second time he totally executed. He knew when the party was and he moved heaven and earth to get his people in. When they came in it was like moving Richmond; they knocked it out and got it all done. He was very professional which is not something to be taken for granted when working with the trades. He was a very nice guy and runs a tight ship. My daughter was around and they didn’t use any colorful language. He backs his work and he knows us and knows what needs to be done because we have worked with him."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Heath, OH

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
