"Roto Rooter came to my house twice. The last week in August 2014 to replace my hot water heater that was leaking all over the garage. Friends told me to expect a bill around $1,400 -- Roto Rooter charged $807.91 AND they were at my house within hours of my call. The next week the garbage disposal went. I called them again, and again got a timely response. The bill was $247.50. The next day my dishwasher would not drain. I called Sear and they came out about 4 days later. They found the drain plug had not been removed between the dishwasher and the disposal. Plug removed, problem solved. I contacted Roto Rooter and explained I had to pay for a service call from Sears. They were extremely apologetic and offer to drive over to my house immediately with a check to reimburse me for Sears visit. I asked that the check be mailed to me. The check came with another apology. Yes, mistakes happen -- I have never known a business to show such sincere concern and great customer service. I would definitely use them again. <br />"

"Anthony called to tell me he would be arriving late to begin working. He and his associate arrived at the revised time. They dug out a collection pit for the water and began the trenching that needed to go from one side of my home to the edge of my property next to the gutter. Anthony went to another job and returned to check on his helper's progress. He then removed and replaced the outside faucet and then the one in the garage. The next day they returned to put cement over the area they had to jack hammer out for the trench. Unfortunately it began to rain, so the job was finished on the next clear day."
