I got on the phone with Markie and Garret and the next day they both drove out to our home to fix the problem. They stayed on the phone with the company for over 2 hours until the problem was fixed. After two weeks of having solar panels, we found birds nesting under our panels. We called Markie, and they are installing a critter guard at the end of the month.
