"Everything went very well.  They were very professional, prompt and showed great attention to detail.  The estimate was right on target.  The work was completed with minimal disruption to our daily activities.  They did an excellent job!  The track lighting looks beautiful and really upgraded both the aesthetics and the illumination of our living room.  We have never had any problems with it, only needing to replace bulbs when they burn out.  The other lighting in the bedroom and bath also looks great and has been problem-free.  We feel much safer with the electrical upgrade and replacement of the old, unsafe wiring in our 215 y.o. farmhouse house.  I/we highly recommend Bergey's for any electrical work, major or minor that you need done.  We would not use anyone else!   I can't say enough about how courteous, prompt and professional they were, even cleaning up after themselves to the point that you could not even tell they were there!  Except that everything looks and functions so much better!  We are thinking about adding more track lighting and a few other upgrades and will certainly use Bergey's, again, for our next job.  We give Bergey's the highest rating. <br />"

"Gene was prompt and professional. He advised against mounting our TV over a wood stove FP insert as heat generated may shorten TV life. Unfortunately room design had few options. He also provided advice for renovating finished basement space. I plan to call Power Supply Electric again for estimate on renovation work in Spring. <br /> I felt bad about wasting his time and he would not accept compensation for coming out. <br />"

"I contacted JLS Landscaping to estimate the job of landscaping the front of our house.  Jim Langenstein, the landscape architect came out and discussed our needs and budget.  He returned a few days later with a detailed design showing the outline of the beds and the names and placement of the plants.  He described all plants specified in his proposal, and suggested alternatives based on our input.   He also included an in-ground lights system to wash over the front of the house.  <br /> We scheduled the work and James and his crew came out and completed everything in two days.  Jim was there the entire time supervising the work.  The design included some daffodils, and when Jim showed me the bag of bulbs that they were getting ready to plant I asked what color they were.  Jim said they were white with yellow cups, but I wanted yellow with orange cups.  The nursery where they bought their stock didn't have any of those, so Jim scoured the area stores for yellow daffodils until he found some (thank you, Home Depot!).   <br /> James and his guys did a wonderful job.  I can't wait 'til spring when all the plants will bloom, it's really going to look spectacular.  I was very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Jim L. and James.  I will definitely use JLS Landscaping again for any lawn and landscaping work. <br />"

"Erwin and his son were very nice and took time to explain things. In addition to giving me a price for the light fixtures jobs that needed doing, Erwin suggested some big price jobs that I had not called him out for. One of his suggestions was to replace the 200 amp panel for a newer one, at a cost of between $3600 to $4500 dollars. Subsequently, I had another electrician come and he said there was no need for a new panel, since it was GE (reliable brand who still sold replacement parts) and we were having no problems. Erwin also said the house needed to be grounded. That would cost $900 (or $990 - not sure). I said that someone had already grounded the large appliances. I showed him the grounding line outside. He then said the wire/cord they used was not up to the current standard. But the city inspector had approved it (within the past two years). So, their suggestions that I have higher priced jobs ( new panel and grounding) that were not really necessary made me hesitate to work with them for the simpler jobs I had called them out to price."
