"We had the roof replaced in August. The roofing team text me the night before and arrived on time. They completed the work in one day. They did a great job cleaning up, and took care not to damage the bushes or flowers when removing the shingles. The roof looks great and we are super happy with the results. We also had a patch of siding reattached and we had a canopy in the way. They told us to contact them when we take it down for the winter and they would come fix it then. I contacted them and they responded and scheduled a time to come out and fix it. The roof was installed in August and we just got the invoice in November for the services. I am assuming it took so long since they went back and forth between our insurance. Ultimately we paid what we had agreed to pay and we are happy about that. Nathan was the contact person for this job and he stayed in contact the whole time and was very polite and professional. Overall we are happy with the results and would recommend this company to people looking for a roof replacement."

"Ernie - Help Restoration, Inc was excellent to work with throughout the process. He was onsite at the beginning of the project and several times throughout the work. His crew was here on-time when they said they would be here and were a great group of guys. They were polite and worked diligently. The roofing crew was impressive as they had the whole roof replaced and finished in one day and everything was cleaned up before they left. It was the same with the siding crew. Siding is a slower process but the crew cleaned everything up at the end of each day. You never had to step around a mess. Ernie followed up after everything was done to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no problems. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience or finished project. Many thanks to Mr. Quik HVAC technician Ben T. for replacing an inducer motor on my 11-year-old furnace in the attic when he was here to do the spring AC inspection.  He gave me the lower price he'd quoted the previous fall even though the price of the part had risen and even though I'd waited until this spring to do anything about the inducer motor. 
All these services took place over a 3-day period, and for each visit I received Mr. Q's usual heads up, we're on our way phone call.  These gals and guys were all prompt, courteous, and professional.

Friends, I have no axe to grind here one way or the other, but I've used Mister Quik's services over two years or more and have been very pleased with all services and personnel.  So whatever happened with this company and the Attorney General must have been a good learning lesson.  In my opinion, the company is very good in its services and has been for several years.
