"I'm late getting this review in. I called in my go-to electrician and they messed up so bad trying to install my Ring door camera and then told me it was broken. Reality, they had no clue what they were doing. I panicked and found OnElectric at the Home Advisor site. They came out and said there was nothing wrong with my Ring and they installed it in 15 minutes. The owner brought two of his apprentices and taught them how to do the installation. They were polite, professional and bless them for taking my panic away and getting the job done right. I called them again for another project and the person came out and fixed several of my outlets, and a couple of my overhead kitchen and bathroom light fixtures. They were so old, they almost fell on my head. So fast and explained everything to me and actually showed my exactly how they were fixing things. I need a new electric panel and I will be calling them again."

He was courteous, knowledgeable, smart, thoughtful, meticulous, on time, and an excellent listener and communicator from the initial visit to obtain a quote until the completion of work today. I knew what to expect before work began each day and there were no surprises with cost because I had a written quote detailing work and pricing. It took 4 days to complete work. There were a couple of problems discovered that I will have to address before Mr Mason is able to fully complete all work, but all that was completed was satisfactory and done well. I plan on having Mr Mason return in about 2-3 weeks to do additional work. I would recommend Mr Mason and Mr Electric to take care of your electrical needs. I felt Mr Mason was able to offer his expertise and services that best fit what I needed and I also felt for the work that was done that their prices were most reasonable for the quality of work I received."
